Refunds
Plans change, and the honest version of this is a schedule rather than a promise. The kitchen commits to its order about a week before the evening, so a cancellation costs real money the closer it gets.
If you cancel
Counted back from doors on Friday, September 25, 2026.

How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email with your reference number and say how many seats. We answer, and the money goes back to the card you paid with.
A refund usually takes five to ten working days to appear on a statement, and occasionally longer. That is the bank's clock, not ours.
What comes back is what you paid. Nothing is held back for a booking fee, and the card processor's charge is ours to lose, not yours.
If we move the evening
You get all of your money back if you want it, whenever that happens. The schedule above does not apply.
If you do not come
A seat nobody sits in is not refunded, and neither is a guest turned away at the door for not having photo ID. Both are said here plainly rather than buried, because both have happened to somebody at some event and neither should be a surprise.
